Because this song brings back so many high school memories, and they brought this song back for me.

This song has always been such a beautifully melancholic, lullaby-ridden beauty, and Kina and Zee’s voices and instruments really bring something nice to it. The lyrics to this song have always been really beautiful as well, as the instrumentation Ingrid and Sara originally put to this song really brought those feelings from the words alive into audible music. It’s breathtaking and calm and peaceful, just like a winter’s song should be.
