Hello friends! And happy sweet 2016!

The new year is a great time for starting anew: new goals, traditions, hobbies, practices… I’ve never really believed in new year’s resolutions, but I do believe in beginnings, and what better way to jump start into something new than in grabbing a friend and doing something you both love?!

That is where Patty comes in.

She loves life, love and the hereafter. And I like talking about it with her. And we like sharing that with you all.

This is just the beginning of a new YouTube video series we’re starting called, “Just Stop”… because once you start listening to us, all you’ll want to do is tell us to just stop!

Side note: I know I’ve been living a little “offline” throughout the past couple of weeks throughout the holiday season (which I can explain later on), but trust, the hunger lives on… Exciting things are beginning for the new year and I’ll be sure to continue to chronicle my journeys, passions and life with you all.

But for now, here’s a little teaser into what “Just Stop” is all about!
