There are those rare moments you hear a riff and instantly say to yourself, “I need to learn that!” One hour later, you’re recording a video.

I have to say, recording a video like this reminds me of my younger years… The weather cools down, I’m home for the holidays and all I want to do is stay in and record a song or two. Sometimes spontaneously.

It’s simple. It’s raw. There’s obvious room for improvement to make it sound “cleaner” or more “dynamic.” But oh well. This will suffice. I am on the hunt to upgrade my recording gear with a new camera, recording interface and possibly new guitar… In time.

Time to meet you on the “Otherside!”
